Objectives: The ageing begins in extracellular matrix. If we want to delay aging we must on the extracellular matrix. We want to present new treatment which directly acts on the extracellular matrix to delay the aging.

Introduction: Policapron acid has strong effect to promote the production of new collagen and elastin. We want to represent new product based on liquid PCA

Materials / method: We did study on 50 healthy voluneters of both sex and old from 30 to 50 years. We did 3 treatments and the distance between the session was 3 to 4 weeks.

Results: The most of the voluneters 80% reported strong lifting anf rejuvenation effect. The rest of the voluneters 20% reported moderate effect. The quality of the skin was significatly improved.

Conclusion: Product based on liquid PCA represents new treatment for rejuvenation and to delay the aging.
