Objectives: The aim of this course is to update the knowledge and the skills in the use of injectibles in the lip area, especially with microdroplet technique also known as russian approach.

Introduction: Among milions of HA injections, the lip enhancement is one of the most popular procedures. It's unviersal in terms of patient's age, sex or ethnicity. There are dozens of types of lip augmentation focusing on the volume, shape and proper lip details. The microdroplet technique due to its nature, allows to build the red lip area without increasing the convexity of the lips. That is why, it is believed to be the most natural, but still beautiful in effects, technique of changing lips.

Materials / method: The principles of the microdroplet technique will be shown in this short presentation, including different products, volumes and some hints to get the perfect effect. Some cases of "difficult patients" will be discussed as well.
