Objectives: The goal is to showcase that PDLLA (AestheFill) is a user-friendly product with outstanding collagen stimulation capabilities.

Introduction: Recently there has been a growing demand for delivering results that align with patients' natural expectations. Poly-L-Lactic Acid has been a prominent collagen stimulator for years. While Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) held market dominance, it had some practical downsides and side effects. The revolutionary Poly-D-Lactic Acid (PDLLA) aims to improve user experience and reduce side effects, promising enhanced patient satisfaction in collagen stimulation.

Materials / method: The author shares personal experiences with PDLLA over the past two years, employing it for addressing age-related signs and treating acne scars.

Results: The results are promising in terms of collagen stimulation, demonstrating excellent anti-aging aesthetic outcomes and a positive response in the treatment of acne scars.
