Objectives: We propose to explain how we can manage the different problems of the aging neck with permanent threads (Infinite thread): sagging skin, heavy fatty neck and plastysmal bands.
These cases are almost in closed technique but we propose cases in opened technique during classical surgical facelift.

Introduction: Permanent threads allow the management of the neck without surgery.
But what kind of neck can be treated by this technique?

Materials / method: It 's a retrospective analysis of personal cases.

Results: Permanent threads can treat many different patients in the cervical region :
we will explain when it's better to propose threads than surgery.

Conclusion: Permanent threads is a great technique to manage mostly mild sagging neck, men and young people.
