Severe Grade Gynecomastia Management

Introduction: Severe grade gynecomastia is one of the difficult problem to handle. Our clients does not want to have visible scars in the chest. Especially darker skin individuals don’t want to go for double incision mastectomy and free nipple graft because of the visible scars. So we have come up with various modifications to give reasonably good results with very minimal scars.

Materials / method: We have used Ultrasound and power assisted liposuction followed by complete gland removal. After the gland removal we used extensive quilting to avoid seroma as well as managing the skin redundancy. Once the incision was closed , We have used plaster lift technique to redistribute the extra skin . we have done 70 cases in last one year.

Results: With this above method, We have avoided double incision mastectomy scars and give a reasonably good results.

Conclusion: In severe grade gynecomastia, using extensive quilting sutures and plaster lift technique gives a reasonably good results.

25 Years Experience in Penoplasty with Hyaluronic Acid Injections

Objectives: Identify the main advantages of hyaluronic acid injection in penoplasty, such as precision, modularity, and the durability of results.

Introduction: Since 2000, hyaluronic acid injections in the context of penoplasty have become an essential technique in aesthetic surgery. This method, safely performed in a medical office, has demonstrated its effectiveness by providing results that are natural, customizable, and long-lasting. With growing demand, this procedure offers simple and suitable solutions to various issues such as penile augmentation, locker room syndrome, and premature ejaculation.

Conclusion: These 25 years of practice in penoplasty through hyaluronic acid injections on more than 3000 patients have proven to me the effectiveness and safety of this method. This journey of technical evolution and clinical experience has allowed us to offer patients reliable and durable solutions tailored to a variety of needs. Patient satisfaction and the positive effects on their well-being highlight the essential role of this procedure in improving quality of life. Debulk and Refine: A Tailored Strategy for Individualized Submental and Abdominal Fat Reduction with Cryolipolysis and Injectable Lipolysis

Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a combined treatment approach utilizing Cryolipolysis to "debulk" submental and abdominal fat, followed by injectable deoxycholic acid for "refining" results in Asian males and females.

Introduction: Submental fullness and abdominal fat are common aesthetic concerns that can significantly affect self-esteem. Non-invasive treatments such as Cryolipolysis and injectable lipolysis have emerged as effective options. This study investigates the outcomes of a tailored strategy combining these two modalities for optimal fat reduction.

Materials / method: Five Asian patients (three females and two males) with moderate to severe submental fullness and abdominal fat participated in this study. Each patient underwent Cryolipolysis targeting both areas, followed by injectable lipolysis (injectable deoxycholic acid) administered four weeks later. Assessments included 2D and 3D photographic analysis and waist/hip measurements at baseline, post-Cryolipolysis, and 12 weeks after injectable deoxycholic acid.

Results: All participants showed significant improvements. Photographic evaluations indicated reductions in submental fullness and abdominal contour. 3D Vectra analysis revealed submental volume reductions of -5.29 cc, -3.85 cc, and -16.65 cc, with abdominal reductions of -1066 cc and -354.66 cc. Submental-cervical angles improved from 117° to 113° (-3.4%), 126° to 119° (-5.6%), and 106° to 101° (-4.7%). Waist measurements decreased by 4.9% and 8.1% at the umbilicus, and 4% and 11.3% below it. Patient satisfaction was high, with 80% noting significant differences.

Conclusion: The combined approach of "debulking" submental and abdominal fat with Cryolipolysis, followed by "refining" with injectable deoxycholic acid, proves to be an effective and satisfactory method for individualized fat reduction in Asian males and females. This tailored strategy offers a promising non-surgical option for patients seeking aesthetic enhancement, addressing different fat types and improving overall facial and body harmony. Further studies with larger sample sizes are needed to validate these findings and refine treatment protocols.

Developing a Reproducible Procedure for Optimal Utilization of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) in Aesthetic Treatments

Objectives: This single-center, prospective, open-label randomized study aimed to produce a repeatable procedure for isolating platelet-rich plasma (PRP), maximizing platelet recovery and concentration parameters from the collected material, and to assess the effectiveness of autologous platelet-rich plasma (concentrated platelet rich plasma C-PRP and platelet rich plasma low centrifugation concept PRP LCC) and platelet-rich fibrin (injectable platelet rich fibrin I-PRF and fluid platelet rich fibrin F-PRF) injections on skin density and thickness in facial aesthetic treatments.

Introduction: The main benefit of platelet-rich plasma preparations is their safety, biocompatibility, and effectiveness in a wide range of medical indications, as well as lack of serious side effects, which distinguishes this therapy from other approaches. Unfortunately, to date, there is no consensus or clear regulations regarding the quality of plasma preparations, which would translate into the quantity of platelets, leukocytes, growth factors, fibrin, or other biologically active factors, and erythrocytes.

Materials / method: The study consisted of two stages: a laboratory and a clinical one. In the laboratory phase, 20 volunteers participated. In the clinical phase another 20 volunteers had blood drawn from the peripheral vein in a single collection procedure, successively into two tubes: a 10 mL tube containing 1 mL of anticoagulant (sodium citrate) and an empty 10 mL polycarbonate tube. The material was centrifuged.The separate centrifugation procedures allowed to obtain 4 plasma fractions which were then injected in the facial skin. Results were evaluated by ultrasound measurements( skin density & thickness).

Results: The proposed preparation protocol confirms the effectiveness of PRP and PRF in improving skin density and thickness in specific facial areas. Ultrasound measurements and statistical analysis revealed a significant increase in skin density of the cheek and forehead areas, as well as in density and thickness of the lower eyelid skin, indicating the effectiveness of these treatments in enhancing skin quality. The high levels of patient satisfaction, as reflected in the Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale and the willingness of participants to recommend the treatment, affirm the positive outcome.

Conclusion: This approach (one blood drawing, 4 plasma fractions) in terms of obtaining optimal amount of PRP/PRF and effectiveness of the therapy - increase of skin density and thickness, offers a promising direction for future treatments in aesthetic medicine, enhancing both the effectiveness and the convenience of such therapies.

Revolutionizing Skin Rejuvenation: A Comparative Study of PDRN and Exosome Therapy with Lavieen Technology Versus Microneedling

Objectives: To evaluate and compare the efficacy of PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) and exosome-based regenerative therapy delivered through Lavieen fractional thulium laser technology versus microneedling for skin rejuvenation and aging prevention. This study investigates collagen synthesis, recovery time, and skin texture improvements to identify optimal anti-aging treatment strategies.

Introduction: Skin aging, driven by collagen degradation and oxidative stress, manifests as wrinkles and loss of elasticity. PDRN and exosomes promote regeneration through collagen production and anti-inflammatory effects. Lavieen laser technology enhances the delivery of these actives into deeper skin layers, potentially offering superior outcomes compared to microneedling. This review explores their mechanisms and comparative effectiveness.

Materials / method: The study analyzed literature comparing Lavieen laser and microneedling for delivering PDRN and exosomes. Key parameters included penetration depth, collagen stimulation, recovery time, and clinical outcomes. Peer-reviewed studies were reviewed to evaluate their impact on skin rejuvenation and aging prevention.

Results: Lavieen enabled deeper, more uniform delivery of PDRN and exosomes, leading to superior collagen stimulation and faster recovery (1-2 days). Patients experienced enhanced skin firmness, texture, and reduced fine lines. Microneedling was effective but had longer downtime (3-7 days) and less consistent results, particularly in deeper tissue regeneration.

Conclusion: Lavieen laser combined with PDRN and exosome therapy surpasses microneedling in efficacy for treating and preventing skin aging. Its ability to achieve deeper delivery, enhance collagen synthesis, and reduce recovery time makes it a superior option in regenerative dermatology. Microneedling remains effective for milder cases but is limited in precision and depth.

Calcium Hydroxyapatite as a Pre-treatment for P(LA/CL) Threads: Enhancing Dermal and Subcutaneous Structure for Improved Anchoring

Objectives: To discuss the role of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) as a pre-treatment to optimize the anchorage of P(LA/CL) threads, exploring its ability to enhance dermal structure and fibroconnective support, and to analyze the clinical benefits of this approach in facial lifting procedures.

Introduction: P(LA/CL) threads, composed of polylactic acid (PLA) and caprolactone, are commonly used for facial lifting. This study evaluates the efficacy of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) as a pre-treatment to improve dermal and subcutaneous structure, enhance fibroconnective tissues, and strengthen interlobular septa for better anchorage of the threads. We hypothesize that CaHA administered 60 days before thread application may result in improved outcomes.

Materials / method: Twelve female patients, aged between 38-50 years old, with mild to moderate facial laxity, were enrolled in this prospective study. Each patient received one syringe of CaHA-based biostimulator per hemiface. Ultrasound imaging, photography were performed to assess baseline facial aesthetics, skin structure and thickness.
At baseline, six patients received CaHA injections 60 days before the thread application. After 60 days, all 12 patients underwent the thread-lifting procedure. Outcomes were evaluated based on ultrasound results, photography, and patient satisfaction questionnaires.

Results: Preliminary data suggest that pre-treatment with CaHA enhanced the dermal matrix and improved anchoring sites for the threads, leading to more effective lifting and contouring. Quantitative analysis of 3D images and patient satisfaction scores indicated higher satisfaction and better aesthetic outcomes in the group pre-treated with CaHA.

Conclusion: The preliminary findings support the hypothesis that CaHA pre-treatment improves the structural support of the dermis and subcutaneous tissues, enhancing the efficacy of P(LA/CL) threads. Further studies are needed to confirm these results in larger cohorts and longer follow-ups, but the approach shows promise in optimizing thread-lifting procedures.

Autologous Exosome-Enriched Injectable Plasma for Vaginal Regeneration: A Novel Approach and Mechanical Activation

Objectives: Various vaginal rejuvenation techniques have been introduced over the past 10-15 years, and the success of these techniques depends on their capacity to stimulate cellular regeneration. Exosomes are presented as messenger carrier vesicles. Our main focus is to prepare plasma containing a high concentration of exosomes. Traditionally, methods require GMP laboratories to obtain pure exosomes. However, due to practical and cellular limitations, many groups have turned to mechanical activation or bedside methods to prepare exosome treatments.

Introduction: Since the emergence of regenerative medicine, various types of cell therapies have become important treatments in medicine. Exosome treatments have gained popularity over the past five years due to their fast and direct-acting mechanisms. These treatments are mostly carried out by processing cells or mediums in GMP laboratories. Recently, many groups have switched to autologous methods of exosome preparation, rather than lab-prepared exosomes, due to regulatory restrictions and the short lifespan of exosomes.

Materials / method: PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) was prepared using PRP tubes to obtain regenerative exosomes from platelets. The Pure PRP (Leukocyte-Poor PRP) isolation method was applied. The purpose of using Pure PRP is to isolate exosomes from platelets, rather than from leukocytes. The harvested PRP was manually processed with specialized devices to induce mechanical stress. To further enhance mechanical stimulation, a special type of striped tube designed to create mechanical stress was used, along with centrifugation. The final product was injected to promote vaginal regeneration.

Results: The final injectable exosome-enriched plasma was administered to patients. Most of the patients received both skin and intravaginal injections. Within three months of follow-up, significant rates of regeneration and tissue repair were observed in all patients. The exosome numbers and sizes were analyzed using NTA (Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis) to assess the quantity and size of the exosomes. The origin of the exosomes was also examined using flow cytometry. Based on their size, the number of exosomes ranged between 10-60 billion, with 99% of these exosomes being platelet-derived.

Conclusion: Exosome treatments offer a promising alternative. Additionally, preparing autologous exosomes at the patient’s bedside results in higher efficiency, as preservation methods such as freezing or lyophilization, which could affect the 3D structure of exosomes, are not applied. Further studies are needed. Nevertheless, these findings and clinical outcomes demonstrate that the autologous exosome isolation technique is a promising and effective tool for preparing an injectable, platelet-derived, exosome-enriched solution under safe conditions, without the need for expensive chromatography technique

LIPOFILLING vs. DERMAL FILLERS WHAT DOES REGENERATIVE MEDICINE BRING TO FACIAL TREATMENT?

Results: Rejuvenation of the treated area with revitalized skin and greater luminosity, patients reported feeling that the skin looks younger and fresher.An increase in facial volumes, such as the cheekbones, jawline, and midface, was observed in the immediate post-treatment session and in visits months after treatment. No rejection: all patients who underwent treatment had an integration of fat tissue, without relevant side effects, except for inflammation and small bruises in the area of infiltration and extraction, which resolved in a few days.

Conclusion: Natural and Long-Lasting Results.Minimal Risk of Rejection.By using the patient's own fat, the risk of rejection or allergic reaction is practically non-existent.Skin Regeneration:Fat contains stem cells that help improve the quality and texture of the skin, promoting its regeneration.In addition, in our case,whose fat treatment system allows a higher concentration of regenerative stem cells, it enhances these results. The Role of Hyaluronic Acid Injection in the Malar Region for Tear Trough Defect Improvement

Objectives: Several studies have suggested that augmenting the malar region with HA can indirectly improve the appearance of tear trough defects. By restoring volume and restoring the youthful contour of the midface, malar region augmentation can help to address the underlying cause of tear trough defects.
I hereby present my personal technique and the guideline for this approach.

Introduction: Tear trough defects are a common aesthetic concern characterized by a hollow appearance beneath the eyes. While direct hyaluronic acid (HA) injections into the tear trough have been widely studied, the role of malar region augmentation in improving tear trough appearance remains less explored.
The anatomical relationship between the malar region and the tear trough is complex. The malar fat pad provides structural support to the midface and influences the contour of the tear trough. Age-related volume loss in this region contribute to the development of tear trough defects.

Materials / method: A multilayer approach has been defined and applied in the protocol for the improvement of the tear trough region. The primary outcome measures were improvement in tear trough appearance and patient satisfaction. Secondary outcomes included adverse events.

Results: HA injections in the malar region were significantly associated with improved tear trough appearance and higher patient satisfaction rates compared to baseline. Moreover, the risk of adverse events was low.

Conclusion: Hyaluronic acid injections into the malar region can be an effective and safe adjunct to traditional tear trough injections for improving tear trough defects. This approach may offer more significant and long-lasting results compared to direct tear trough injections alone. Further studies are needed to explore the optimal combination of injection techniques and HA formulations for this area.

Treating the protruded lower lip in different ethnicities

Objectives: Literature on reducing a protruded lower lip is scarce. Injectors tend to focus on lip augmentation and neglect treating the protruded lower lip, itself.
In such cases, structural support provided by the chin and mandible are important to ensure a youthful looking lower lip and prevent overfilling.
This oral presentation will explain why filling the upper lip is not always an effective manner to improve balance and proportion between the lips. As well, it will demonstrate a method to treat a protruded lower lip by injecting the chin - whether or not associated with upper lip augmentation.

Introduction: It is frequently assumed the best treatment for lower lip protrusion is upper lip augmentation; however, this is not always correct.
This presentation shows treatment options for patients of different ethnicities and demonstrates that chin augmentation, in many cases, can offer superior support and outcomes for better lip proportion.
Note that in patients of African descent, more protrusion is accepted. Yet, not to the point that the lip submucosa is showing.
Injection of the chin with hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can provide support to, and invert, the lower lip.

Materials / method: Three patients received similar treatments for protruded lower lip correction with chin support (Patient 1: 39yo African descent; Patient 2: 32yo mixed race; Patient 3: 22yo Caucasian).
Using a fanning technique in the subcutaneous plane in the labiomental sulcus, patients received between 0.5-0.7 mL of HA on each side using a 25G blunt-tip cannula. The chin apex, the lower prejowl and the lower anterior chin area were injected with 25 mg/ mL of HA using an anterograde linear injection to advance the jaw.
The Caucasian patient had the upper lip filled.

Results: In these three cases, chin support greatly contributed to the reduction of the protruded lower lip. The lip submucosa is no longer apparent and there is better proportion between the upper and lower lips.
Post-treatment, with support in the soft tissue of the chin and lips, the direction of movement while pursing the lips is horizontal. The reduction in the protrusion of the lower lip (due to increased chin support) and the improvement in the jawline definition are both clearly evident. The refinement of these specific areas greatly enhances the overall contour and balance of the face.

Conclusion: The treatment of a protruded lower lip involves not only selecting an appropriate filler and precise injection technique, but also knowledge of anatomy, facial proportions, and ethnic differences.
The use of HA fillers for chin augmentation to support the lower lip in cases of protrusion is supported by studies. Yet, it is not performed by many practitioners, as injecting the upper lip is easier and less costly.
By identifying and understanding the importance of chin support, injectors can treat a protruded lower lip more effectively and avoid an unnatural result by overfilling the upper lip.

Objectives: I'm going to propose different approaches to addressing the perioral area and lips,
depending on whether the focus is on rejuvenating or enhancing the lips:
Rejuvenation of the Lips with Lip Fillers: Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can restore lost
volume and reduce the appearance of wrinkles around the lips.
Enhancement of the Lips: Techniques for Lip Volume augmentation and contouring with HA fillers.
These techniques can be tailored to individual patient preferences and goals, whether they seek to rejuvenate or enhance the appearance of their lips.

Introduction: The global lip augmentation market is valued at $2.2 trillion, with 9.5% growth expected by 2027. HA fillers, making up $1.3 trillion of the market, are projected to grow 3.8% by 2028, representing 93.7% of the sector. Currently, 20% of cosmetic procedures are performed on individuals aged 18-24. Millennials (26-36), influenced by social media, increasingly seek facial enhancements, with 42.9% having undergone aesthetic treatments. Lip fullness plays a crucial role in age perception and carries social, cosmetic, and sexual significance.

Materials / method: I will perform video demonstrations and present various techniques for lip enhancement, tailored to the patient's goals: Natural Lips, Lip Eversion, Lip Projection, and correction of complex lip issues such as Gummy Smile or "M"-shaped Lips.
For lip rejuvenation, I will showcase techniques for restoring lost lip projection, volumizing aging lips, treating perioral wrinkles, and addressing marionette lines.
In both cosmetic enhancement and lip rejuvenation cases, I will work with different hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers and use both cannula and needle techniques as needed.

Results: Through the integration of various techniques, it is possible to achieve natural aesthetic outcomes with enhanced lip contour in younger patients, while in older patients, both the lips and the entire perioral region can be effectively rejuvenated to restore volume and improve tissue quality.

Conclusion: A comprehensive understanding of anatomy and the aging process is crucial for ensuring both procedural safety and the ability to deliver aesthetically pleasing and natural outcomes, grounded in this advanced knowledge.

6 S technique: A new approach to penile girth augmentation with hyaluronic acid - A pilot study

Objectives: This study aimed to describe a penile girth augmentation technique using hyaluronic acid (HA) filler

Introduction: The small penis syndrome (SPS) is identified by feelings of dissatisfaction despite having a normal-sized penis. Given the widespread perception of the penis as a symbol of masculinity and sexual prowess, its size holds significant importance for many men, affecting both their psychological and physical well-being. Notably, individuals seeking penile girth enhancement procedures often exhibit dissatisfaction despite having a normal-sized penis.

Materials / method: Men dissatisfied with their penis size and who sought consultation at the andrology outpatient clinic of the Escola Paulista de Medicina/Unifesp underwent psychological assessments to exclude reality judgment disorders.
Precise measurements and photographs of the stretched flaccid penis length and girth were taken before and after the procedure.

Results: Post- procedure satisfaction levels were assessed on a scale of 0 to 10.
Eight men underwent penile girth enhancement with 10 mL of HA and were reevaluated after 30 days. Each procedure was performed by different physicians.The technique involved dividing the penis into six segments and injecting 1.5 mL of HA in each segment, totaling 9 mL. The remaining 1 mL was used to correct irregularities identified immediately after the procedure.

Conclusion: This penile girth augmentation technique utilizing HA has demonstrated reproducibility, yielding high satisfaction rates among patients and demonstrating no significant adverse effects.

Integrated Approach to Eyebrow Beautification: Biostimulation, Tissue Repositioning, and Hair Transplantation

Objectives: The objective is to evaluate the clinical outcomes of an integrated approach to eyebrow rejuvenation, using CaHA for biostimulation, suspension threads with collagen stimulation for tissue repositioning, and eyebrow transplantation to correct hair loss caused by alopecia, genetic factors, trauma, diseases, or other reasons. The technique aims to artistically reshape the eyebrows, treat temporal region laxity, wrinkles around the eyes, eyebrow ptosis, and hair thinning, ensuring overall patient satisfaction with the treatment.

Introduction: With the advancement of minimally invasive rejuvenation techniques, eyebrow beautification has gained increasing relevance. Aging leads to eyebrow descent and periocular skin ptosis, affecting both aesthetics and function. The eyebrow plays a fundamental role in facial harmony. Techniques such as biostimulation with calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), tissue repositioning with suspension threads, and eyebrow transplantation are effective options for restoring appearance.

Materials / method: We treated a group of patients using an integrated approach to eyebrow rejuvenation. A biostimulator was applied to the temporal region to stimulate collagen production and improve periocular wrinkles, suspension threads were used for tissue repositioning and collagen biostimulation, and eyebrow transplantation was performed to correct alopecia, genetic factors, trauma, diseases, or other causes. These interventions were strategically applied to enhance the elevation and firmness of the eyebrow region, promoting comprehensive rejuvenation.

Results: The results showed a subtle and natural elevation of the eyebrows, reduction of skin laxity, and improvement in the texture of the periocular skin. Patients reported high satisfaction with the aesthetic outcomes. The combined approach proved effective, with no complications or adverse reactions, confirming the benefits of the techniques applied together for natural and harmonious results.

Conclusion: The combination of CaHA, suspension threads, and eyebrow transplantation provided natural and harmonious aesthetic improvements, including increased skin firmness, eyebrow elevation, and appropriate design. The integrated approach proved to be safe and effective for eyebrow region rejuvenation, resulting in high patient satisfaction with no complications.

Large-volume lipotransfers for facial rejuvenation and regenerative skin appearance

Objectives: Large-volume micro and nanofat transfer for facial treatment supported with PRP and collagen lift for the jawline and neck region

Introduction: To date, autologous fat transplantation in the facial area has mostly been performed as a supportive measure with volumes of up to 50 ml used.
By injecting up to 160 ml of fatty tissue, facial rejuvenation can also be performed as a stand-alone treatment without additional tightening operations.
Using the expansion vibration technique in the jawline and neck area and subsequent compression treatment, collagen-induced tightening can be achieved in these areas.

Materials / method: Over a period of 6 years, 43 patients were treated with lipotransfers in the facial area. In 36 cases, 100 to 160 ml of microfat was applied to the forehead, temples, zygomatic arches, tear troughs, nasolabial folds and chin area. In 7 patients, isolated nanofat was used for special indications such as (acne) scars and for skin rejuvenation. In 13 patients, expansion vibration lysis was used to induce a collagen lift in the jawline and neck area.

Results: Objectifiable, clear rejuvenation results have been achieved, with patients visually set back by around 10 years. An increased concentration of elastic fibers has regenerated in the skin, so that wrinkles have disappeared. Bulging scar keloids have been successfully reduced by nanofat/PRP treatments.

Conclusion: By using high-volume lipotransfers, this method can be used as a stand-alone measure for effective and long-lasting facial rejuvenation. The method is also suitable for the reconstructive treatment of pathological atrophy such as Bouchard's cheek fat bodies as in Rhomberg's disease. Nanofat applications can be used alone or in addition to microfat treatment in order to place it directly under the corium as part of mesotherapy for a stem cell boost. In addition, fat transfer to the chin and the Expantsion vibration lysis treatment in the neck area and on the jawlines shape the face into a youth

How to enhance the periorbital region: Association between surgical and non surgical procedures

Objectives: The aim of the presentation is to enhance surgical outcomes by incorporating non-surgical techniques. By utilizing various treatments such as fillers, mesotherapy, neuromodulators, and lasers on the forehead, eyebrow, and eyelids, the researchers aim to optimize results and satisfy both young and old patients.

Introduction: the aesthetics of the upper face, specifically focusing on the forehead, brow, and upper eyelid. It mentions that blepharoplasty, a common facial plastic procedure, is often performed in conjunction with other techniques for a more comprehensive approach to the lid and brow complex. The paper also highlights the increasing trend in younger patients seeking a fresh and natural appearance.

Materials / method: According to the indication and the case, eye rejuvenation meant the need for invasive surgical
treatments like blepharoplasty, browlift, nano and micro fat transfer .
Minimally invasive or non invasive procedures wich includes botulium toxin, dermal filler injections,
laser, laser skin resurfacing, have increasingly become a necessity in association to invasive
procedures to achieve best results for the periorbital rejuvenation.

Results: Through this presentation, we emphasize the importance for plastic surgeons to analyze sagging skin, quality of the skin, and loss of volume in their patients. By offering a combination of surgical and non-surgical treatments, they aim to address these factors and provide satisfactory results to their patients.

Conclusion: We aim to demonstrate the importance of utilizing surgical and non-surgical techniques in combination to improve outcomes in upper face aesthetics. We highlight the need to analyze factors such as sagging skin, skin quality, and volume loss. By offering a comprehensive approach, they aim to provide satisfactory results to patients seeking a natural and youthful appearance.
