Objectives: To show tips and tricks on how to create a powerful image for marketing the clinic and its treatments
To show effective use of Digital Image for marketing and branding
To creatively showcase doctor’s end product (before & after photos) as an art guided by medical science

Introduction: In recent decades, technology has become a big part of marketing in introducing one’s service and product. The biggest media material that most of us are using is Digital Image. Mobile phones images, print ads, digital billboards and prints are creatively done to showcase the information, product and service that needs to be translated and understood at a glance.

Materials / method: In this lecture, I will be sharing my creative process in creating powerful images that can be used for marketing your aesthetic practices and showcasing the doctors works. Examples of video clips and photos of my works will be shown to demonstrate the concepts.

Results: The creative process for generating ads is a multi-faceted process—from how to properly shoot before and after photos, preparing artwork, working effectively with a creative team, to uploading and promoting the image in social media. Digital image when used wisely and effectively, will provide credibility to the practice and consequently translate into more patients seeking consults and increasing revenue.

Conclusion: A creative strategy in producing a powerful digital image is an essential tool to effectively promote your practice. This will help improve the branding, showcase the quality of the doctor’s work and effectively promote the business.

Objectives: 1.) Outline different basic, accessible, and still-effective Traditional Marketing Strategies for small to medium aesthetic businesses.

2.) Outline accessible online and digital platforms for Marketing and Promotions.

3.) Introduce management techniques for outlined marketing options.

Introduction: Marketing and Promotions are some of the most important elements in operating a business of any size. This presentation introduces some of the accessible, basic, and organic approaches to communicating the business services, establishing market interest, and keeping consumer loyalty.

Materials / method: The lecture is presented with material collected from current marketing service offerings by the author's own business outfit, Rain Ramas Design Source, and its associate entities. Results from selected projects and engagements with prior notice to and approval of the respective parties will be included in the presentation.

Results: Results from selected cosmetic industry-related business entities such as Gwapaha Medical Spa in the Philippines will be presented, covering areas from planning to implementation and market response.

Conclusion: The lecture will highlight on the most effective strategies based on the results and further discuss enhancement possibilities to optimize other Marketing and Promotions options.

Objectives: To be able to spread information about aesthetic healthcare on social media and fight misinformation. Also, to assess the impact of social media on aesthetic procedures while also learning the importance of these two.

Introduction: Although the concept of social media is broad, it often refers to the use of web-based platforms to link people. These ties can be physician to physician, physician to patient, patient to patient, or vendor to physician in oculoplastic and plastic surgery. These connections are mostly focused on education, social assistance, and advertising, but they can also include research and government advocacy.

Materials / method: Oral presentation with PowerPoint; earpiece and microphone for interactivity with audience.

Results: Social media has many positive and negative aspects, as well that can be incorporated into aesthetic medicine to make the field stronger. One example would be, some people believe that Botox is the sole kind of injectable cosmetic medication, while others say that injectables may replace surgery and make everyone seem overdone. But some fillers are more flexible than others, and it is critical to understand that the product selection and product injection method will impact the outcome of your treatment.

Conclusion: To conclude, social media is a key source of information for cosmetic treatments, with Instagram being the most popular channel among females. Furthermore, the usage of face filters on social media has increased the number of aesthetic procedures undertaken. Finally, physicians should really build professional and scientific social media profiles in order to give full and accurate information regarding aesthetic healthcare and/or cosmetic treatments and procedures.
