Objectives: Filler lifting is always controversial. Here, I will demonstrate technique on how to place filler in precise spots corresponding to the knowledge of facial anatomy in order to minimize the filler amounts and maximize the outcome.

Objectives: The facial aging is simultaneously changed of all tissue layers including facial bone loss in specific parts contributing to different aging manifestation.
HA filler commonly used for volume enhancement sometimes lead to unnatural results hence the other treatment modality should be adopted to compensate such as suspension thread lifting.
Suspension thread can be used to recontour the face by repositioning effect on the superficial fat layer.
Recently the combined modality is universal acceptance to provide “Less is more” natural aesthetic treatment outcomes.

Objectives: Hyaluronic acid-based fillers have been in the market for many years and are consider as the gold standard of fillers, but other products are claiming the throne.
Choosing a filler should be done according to the safety profile, the results achieved, the flexibility and variability of the product and the long-standing expirience.
By considering all those parameters, the conclusion is that up to now, no other filler can replace Hyaluronic acid-based fillers.

There are different aproaches in female and male faces along with different indications. The beautification of female jawline in most cases is about sliming or lifting effect.
