Objectives: 10 patients underwent a single treatment session, with one facial side receiving fractional CO₂ alone and the contralateral side treated using a sequential emission of 1570 nm laser energy immediately following each CO₂-created microchannel. At 12 weeks post-treatment, blinded evaluators using the Goodman and Baron scales observed an average of 18% greater clinical improvement on the sequential side (p < 0.05). Patients also reported higher satisfaction scores for the dual-wavelength side, with no significant difference in pain, adverse events, or downtime
