Bespoke design or off-the-rack aesthetics?

Objectives: Successful bespoke treatments, tailored to achievable patient objectives, can represent the pinnacle of an aesthetic practitioner's professional achievements.

Introduction: The negotiation between aesthetic practitioners and patients must strike a balance between patient expectations and a practitioner's professional abilities, drawn from a procedural repertoire, to create pleasing aesthetic treatment outcomes.

Materials / method: The presentation explores examples of pleasing patient outcomes, exploring the bespoke treatment strategies that were utilised in each case.

Results: Successful non-invasive outcomes that were highly pleasing to the patients concerned and of enduring satisfaction to the treating aesthetic practitioner.

Conclusion: There is no "set-play" production-line type strategy that can hold up to a considered bespoke treatment strategy to achieve pleasing patient outcomes

Improve the “C” beauty of upper face with soft tissue fillers can also correct the “V”deformity

Objectives: This approach can help health professionals to understand facial anatomy with the help of live ultrasonic scanning as well as the best way to assess patient’s face with pan facial approach and also the newest injection techniques with the help of both needle and Cannula

Introduction: Multilayer injection of soft tissue fillers and Bio-stimulators into the different facial units is a Holistic approach. With the use of new technology such as Ultrasound in the field, we can secure the treatment and diminish the adverse events.

Conclusion: Multilayer injection of soft tissue fillers and Bio-stimulators into the different facial units is a Holistic approach to make a natural rejuvenated and refresh appearance. “C” Beauty is a landmark of Youth including the Temple, Lateral Cheek, Lateral Eyebrow and lateral and inferior part of Peri orbital area. Knowing the Static and Dynamic Anatomy, Facial layers alignment as well as using the Guide of ultrasound to diminish the adverse events can make a revolution in aesthetic treatment. My technique of using HA njections - Outer face anti aging and inner face beautification

Objectives: Hyaluronic acid fillers have been widely used in the last two decades for treating the signs of ageing in a face as well as for beautifying key features like eyes, nose, and the periorsl reg. In the earlier years we started by tackling single indications like laugh lin, but experience has shown face cannot be treated piecemeal fot best and most natural results. We combine outer face correction for facelifting and inner face beautification. By this method we give progressive and natural results .

Introduction: With age the face shows soft tissue resorption,mobilization of soft tissue inferiorly and medially and depletion of the bony support.As a result of this the face develops laxity that results in broadening of the lower face resulting in an aged appearance and loss of lower face definition,exaggeration of nasolabial bulge , deepening of nasolabial fold and accentuation of the lip droop.The inward tissue migration results in bulging lateral to the marionette line, exaggeration of jowls.To reverse these changes we used HA fillers to treat the outer face followed by the inner face beautification.

Materials / method: Thorough facial assessment is done to study migration of soft tissue from mid to lower face and Blunting of facial features like Lip, Jaw line, N/L lines and peri orbital anatomy.Based this we formulate a plan.For youthful look we reposition the soft tissue using filler all along the periphery of the face. For beautification our aim is to rectify changes around eyes mouth and nose with HA filler injections. To lift outer face and middle face lift ,correct central face,Jawline definition and temple lift so total of 8-12ml filler is required.The quantity can vary from person to person.

Results: With the right facial assessment and a good technique hyaluronic fillers reverse outer face ageing signs and help in beautification of central face by enhancing facial features.

Conclusion: For a 360-degree facial rejuvenation we need to do antiageing with lateral lift and beautification of central face by enhancing facial features-like eyes, lips, nose, and chin.
