Objectives: Present some anatomy changes, and how we can reduce aeging effects on this changes by an easy injection technique.
Introduction: As time goes by all aging changes in whole anatomic structures can be noticed, but since the antiaging and rejuvenation revolution has come in trend, we focus our attention in face aging.
Although we've been injecting faces thru all this years successfully, it was only after the year 2000 that we paid attention to the anatomic structures not only as the places where do we have to inject but as the places which have dynamic aging and how they behave with this aging process.
Materials / method: Many anatomy experts bacame worried, not only for safety reasons as we already knew the dangerous zones and safety zones to be injected on a human face, but, to study the aging process to achieve more natural and better results when injecting, specially fillers.
We, all specialized injectors, agree that at the very beginning of this rejuvenation era we started injecting wrinkles and folds, but as we developed more sophisticated techniques we started repositioning tissues.
A one entry point, four injection sites canule technique is presented to do a natural rejuvenation effect.
Results: The results are measurable by a front and angle photo of our patients showing a good tissue repositioning.
Conclusion: With a good anatomy knowledge we can easily assess a patient for a natural fast rejuvenation technique, whether using hialuronic, CaHa or any high G' filler.
