Objectives: The objective of this lecture allows the participant to look into the advantages of using social media platforms as key drivers in advertising their brand and business with the focus on capturing customer interest, customer experience, customer loyalty, and public engagement.
Businesswise, we shall be discussing about the practicality of cost and content management.
Introduction: Social Media is one of the best, most cost-effective, and the fastest ways of reaching target markets and customers.
Among various social media platforms, we shall look into some of the widely used and popular, and venture into different ways of creating content that are timely and relevant while maintaining brand integrity, professionalism, and image.
Materials / method: Via infographic presentation, the top social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok will be discussed. The creative aspects of content material development like graphic sizing, video editing, and posting promotion will also be presented.
We will also look into other traditional ways of digital communications that are still effective like SMS and email, and how they can still support the multi-platform approach in business promotions.
Results: It is expected that the participants will find that the use of social media, specifically Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok, to be easy, user-friendly, and effective in helping them maintain a good presence in public interest that will help drive in business and let their brand grow.
Conclusion: Social Media platforms are current drivers of business in our modern times. They are widely accessible to most, and they are convenient to use.
With that, brand and service promotions should be easy, efficient, and effective for the business owners.
