Objectives: fat grafting significantly improves facial volumes and contours and improve skin tone, texture and color in periorbital rejuvenation surgery. Introduction: Lipofilling, the technique of injecting fat into the face, is widely utilized in facial rejuvenation. This approach not only restores volume but also enhances skin texture, making it an ideal complement to facial regenerative procedures like periorbital rejuvenation surgery. These abstract outlines the technical aspects of periorbital lipofilling alone or combined with blepharoplasties or other facial rejuvenation surgery, highlighting its effectiveness and key considerations. Materials / method: There are two main approaches when combining lipofilling with surgery: injecting fat before or after making the skin incision. In my practice, I inject the fat at the end of the procedure, targeting both loosened and non-loosened planes. I use different concentrations of fat, injected into both deep and superficial layer.
