Objectives: To understand cutting edge applications for the use of stem cells and regenerative technology in aesthetic medicine.

To provide technical details regarding the actual treatments so that physician attendees can return to their practices and implement these technologies.

To review outcome data related to the use of stem cells for optimization of aesthetic medicine procedures.

Introduction: All of the topics above will be discussed.

Materials / method: Many cases throughout the course of many years with a specific focus on technology, materials and methodology.

Results: The results will be displayed and discussed. This will be an opportunity to optimize outcome data for the use of stem cells in aesthetic medicine.

Conclusion: Stem cells and regenerative medicine have become an integral part of aesthetic medical treatment. While we are not sure if it is the stem cells or the signals that they transmit, the results are astounding. This is anti-aging at its very best!

Objectives: Distinguishing various regenerative treatments options and its current regulatory environment:

- PRP
- adipose tissue in various forms
- SVF (stromal vascular fraction)
- ASC (adipose derived stem cells)

Introduction: Regenerative treatments are widely performed under various 'labels'. However, there is much confusion about
- which treatment is cell based
- what is the differentiation of fat grafting, micro fat, nano fat, etc
- what are SVF and ASCs

Materials / method: This lecture will cover the various treatment options, recent advances in mechanical fatty tissue processing and current regulatory environment for the use of these treatments - from skincare to surgical use.

Conclusion: Regenerative treatments are currently under renewed scrutiny from the regulators and physicians are rightfully responsible for choosing the medically indicated treatment, applying ethical standards and complying to latest regulations imposed by national health authorities.
