Objectives: Combination of new technological for whole body rejuvenation requires strategic planning by the physicians and collaboration with the patients individual goals.

Introduction: The latest paradigm shift in aesthetic dermatology is adopting whole body rejuvenation. In this the three layers (epidermis, dermis and fat) are targeted simultaneously to improve tone, texture and tightening, while lift is added via volumetric augmentation approaches.

Materials / method: : Combination approaches were designed to provide upper body rejuvenation, specifically fat reduction, skin tightening of the chest, neck, decollete, arms and abdomen. Specific patient paradigms are presented.

Results: Combination of fractional lasers/peels with skin tightening technologies and fat removal approaches can result in optimal rejuvenation of the upper body. Addition of fillers in the medial arms, chest, and abdomen area can aid in providing additional contour. The best sequence of treatments is initiating with fat removal following by epidermal/dermal tightening and remodeling. Combination therapies may be done the same days and maintenance programs can secure the clinical outcomes.

Conclusion: Upper body rejuvenation using combination approach can lead to successful results for the patient without requiring downtime or surgery.

Objectives: As an aesthetic practitioner, I am convinced that we need a non-invasive solution that allows us the possibility of offering efficient and more effective options of treatment to our patients. The aim of this presentation is to show our experience with the use of a novel non-ablative laser technology so that other practioners can consider it as a standard treatment.

Introduction: The natural aging process brings noticeable changes to the body. Flaccidity is by far one of the most important concerns of our patients nowadays

Materials / method: The use of a novel non-ablative laser technology with a special scanner called T-Runner that can deliver trains of sub-ablative long lasers pulses called V-Smooth, that can precisely target the whole skin, promoting tightening and collagen remodeling collagen improving the surface appearance of the treated area.

Results: Following this local heat treatment, the rigid collagen’s cross-links are broken, and then they shrink, thereby restoring the skin flexibility and thickening the dermis. Improvement is visible after the first treatment, and it builds with subsequent treatments. We can report an 85% satisfaction rate.

Conclusion: This novel non-ablative laser technique, with a special scanner called T-Runner, using sub-ablative long lasers pulses called V-Smooth, is a special concept to safely and effectively address sagging and lax skin.
