Objectives: Presentar a los asistentes información recopilada de artículos recientes publicados en revistas indexadas donde se ha evaluado de manera individual y combinada la eficacia de diferentes tipos de tratamientos y tecnologías para el tratamiento de las cicatrices de acné. De manera que al terminar la charla los asistentes hayan enriquecido su criterio y conocimiento para ofrecer mejores resultados a sus pacientes.

Introduction: El acné vulgar es una patología con una incidencia estimada del 90% en adolescentes, y su mas frecuente complicación son las cicatrices que pueden afectar a un 14% de esta población afectando de manera negativa la autoestima y calidad de vida de nuestros jóvenes. Es por esto que es importante dar tratamiento y lograr obtener los mejores resultados para contrarrestarlas.

Conclusion: De acuerdo con la severidad de las cicatrices para su abordaje se recomienda la combinación de tratamientos que incluyen láseres fraccionados, Plasma Rico en Plaquetas (PRP), peelings, Subcision, Radiofrecuencia Fraccionada con microagujas, los cuales logran reducir la profundidad y visibilidad de estas mejorando la calidad de vida de nuestros pacientes.

Objectives: The objectiveis to show my expirience with this technique in patients with flaccidity.
this technique can be used in different types of skin, with no recovering time.
It can be used all over the year and it can be combined with another techniques such as PRP etc

Materials / method: A machine of radiofrequency with microneedles

Results: The improvement of the patients with three sessions once a month

Conclusion: It is a technique that is easy for the profssional and has a good tolerance for the patients
