Objectives: Showing the action of various injectable actives to prevent aging, to treat rejuvenating and dermatological diseases.

Introduction: After an extensive bibliographical review about many indications I performed treatments in more than one hundred patients only with injectables and associate substances.

Materials / method: These treatment objectives were the prevention of aging, distant wrinkles control with botulinum toxin, stem cells stimulus using hyaluronic acid, whitening with tranexamic acid and vitamin C, emptiers with substances such as deoxycolate and phosphatidyl choline and other actives for different indications.

Results: All treated patients were more satisfied and had better results using biomodulation than tradicional aplications such as botulinum toxin and fillers.

Conclusion: Biomodulation is an advance for the dermatology because it allows us to have a wider view and understanding of where to act intracellularly to get better results in the aging prevention, rejuvenating and the treatment of diseases.
