Objectives: update attendees with last techniques for volumization and medical lifting of the face

Introduction: anatomical details studied in the last years confirm that facial tissues can be lifted with a totally medical technique, filling particulare tissues, laterally to the ligaments line. In the presentation the author explains his way to study patients, assess better indications

Materials / method: Fillers have been used to fill the face laterally to the ligaments line. the technique with cannulas to avoid complications is demonstrated

Results: immediate results are good but delayed results are also very interesting due to the neocollagenesis induced by HA

Conclusion: the volumization of the face laterally to the ligaments line is a key process to lift the mid and lower face. The use of cannulas is fundamental to reduce side effects and complications near zero. Techniques are also a key factor.
