Objectives: understand anatomical concepts and translate them in clinical anatomical details useful for our daily treatments
Introduction: anatomical details after dissections must be translated in clinical anatomical concepts to be used in our daily practice
Materials / method: study of anatomical details and of some live patients is presnted to underline where and why inject our materials. AboBoNT-A is presented with its characteristics, units and injection points
Results: the anatomical knowledge is important to get good results and avoid main complications
Conclusion: the knowledge of anatomy is important to avoid complications: some concepts can be applied to all patients to inject safely, avoid complications and get better results
