Objectives: La duración del pulso en los tratamientos no ablativos, o con potencias energicas subablativas esta muy de moda pues la penetracion de longitudes de ondas con maximo coeficiente de absocion por el cromoforo del agua como lo es el 2940nm (Er:YAG), el pulso Suave (smooth) cuenta con una duracion promedio de 250ms. Una nueva tecnologia robotica (scanner) permite modificar o variar la duracion de este pulso.

Introduction: Pulso Smooth Variable nos permite, reducir o aumentar el espacio entre los trenes de pulsos que repetitivamente y bajo hyperstacking podran introducir la energia entre 200 a 800 micras dentro del tejido facial.

Materials / method: Usando la tecnologia de laser de Erbio:YAG (2940nm), y un scanner de spot completo (full bean), se puede modular el cambio de el tiempo encendido del laser en 5 puntos de 9mm simultaneos para una zona de trabajo modificable de 16 a 64 mm2. El modo Variable del Smooth, va desde los 125 ms, pasando por el 250ms, 325 ms, 500 ms y el mas profundo de 625ms. Full tratamiento facial con dos modalidades de pulsos nos da una diferencia incomparable con las modalidades antiguas.

Results: Los resultados en rejuvenecimiento facial no ablativo combinado con pulsos micro cortos y ultra largos del 1064nm (Nd:YAG) en conjunto con esta nueva tecnologia , nos maximiza los resultados en menos sesiones necesarias.

Conclusion: La seguridad y efectividad de esta tecnologia nos permite realizar cambios de rejuvenecimiento facial con laser no ablativo y pulsos variables de manera mas homogenea, robotica e integral.

Objectives: show the multiple classical and non-classical indications that can be achieved with the use of fractional carbon dioxide laser

Introduction: The fractional carbon dioxide laser is an ablative laser whose main indications are facial resurfacing, the treatment of acne sequels and the elimination of some skin lesions.

Materials / method: patients with different indications and pathologies treated with this technology during the last 13 years

Results: the results obtained with this technology will be shown

Conclusion: The fractionated carbon dioxide laser is one of the most important therapeutic complements in the office of the plastic surgeon, the dermatologist and the aesthetic doctor.

Objectives: To show a new way to use radiofrequency microneedling in facial rejuvenation.

Introduction: Radiofrequency microneedling is a gold standard technique in facial rejuvenation. New concepts in this technology can help us improve our results. We can use these concepts with our knowledge in anatomic and aesthetics.

Materials / method: Radiofrequency microneedling with different pulses and depths.

Results: We will show some success clinical cases with radiofrequency microneedling in facial rejuvenation.

Conclusion: New tehcniques and technologies of radiofrequency microneedling can be useful in facial rejuvenation.
