Objectives: Make a comparison of two cases of complication (arterial occlusion in the lips)
observe the importance of establishing a rapid treatment plan in the event of an adverse effect
Introduction: Comparison of two cases
of arterial occlusion in the lips. One undetected in which it was managed 6 hours later and another with immediate management with hyaluronidase applied via ultrasound after the event occurred.
Showing evolution and resolution of each one.
Materials / method: Two cases of arterial occlusion treated at different times, with different results, will be described
Results: Resolution of arterial occlusion in the lips
Conclusion: Treatment time in arterial occlusion can be a determining factor in the outcome and prognosis of arterial occlusion management.
