Objectives: Analizar las diferentes tecnicas y opciones de tratamiento en Gluteoplastia sola o combinada con body lift inferior .

Introduction: La gluteoplastia es uno de los procedimientos complementarios en pacientes post bariatricos . Estos no solo presentan problemas estéticos si no funcionales con dificultad para la deambulación .
La resolución parcial o definitiva a estos problemas es mediante la cirugía de contorno corporal

Materials / method: Estudio retrospectivo sobre 70 pacientes operados entre Enero 2017 y Marzo 2022 en el servicio de Cirugía Plástica del Sanatorio Güemes.

Se analizaron:
IMC
Comorbilidades
Descenso de peso
Tiempo transcurrido de la cirugía bariátrica ( > 12 meses)
Tecnicas
Complicaciones

Results: Se evaluar diferentes tecnicas:
1-implantes gluteos
2- colgajo autologo
3 -colgajos + lipotrasnferencia
La tasa de complicaciones fue similar con la utilizacion de las diferentes tecnicas .
Mayor grado de satisfaccion en pacientes sometidas a gluteoplastia con implantes
Indice de reabsorcion luego de lipotrasnferencia fue del 33 %

Conclusion: Los pacientes deben estar dispuestos a cambiar el exceso de piel y grasa por nuevos contornos y cicatrices .

Es esencial establecer expectativas realistas durante la consulta previa.
