Objectives: 1. recognizing structures under tear trough and nearby areas
2. How to approach with microcannulae
Introduction: We have to recognize the underlying anatomy before perform precise injection.
Materials / method: With microcannulae, we can easily recognize if the tip of microcannula reaches the orbicularis retaining ligament at the periosteum level and then tenting the SOOF under the orbicularis oculi.
Results: We may deliver fillers at accurate locations depending on patients clinical condition.
Conclusion: 1. Under or above Orbicularis Oculi m? Both if needed.
2. Right depositing location of fillers to support depressed area
3. Never do 100% correction at once
4. Dynamic anatomy
5. Tyndall effect is less in Asians
