Objectives: to understand stepwise about suture asian blepharoplasty in Indian scenario. we also describe a classification of the same in order to better define the treatment

Introduction: the process of asian blepharoplasty is a quick 25 minute procedure which if understood properly can yield quick and permanent results

Materials / method: patients of Monolid who came to us for asian blepharoplasty procedure

Results: permanent , results are achieved in easily planned surgery with correct identification and execution

Conclusion: Asian eyelid surgery is a wonderful surgery with a classification as identified by us that gives predictable treatment protocols
