Objectives: The main advantage of this surgical technique is preserving continuity of the orbicularis oculi muscle while selectively decreasing muscle
tone. Hence, this technique may prevent any contour irregularities. The coagulation of orbicularis oculi muscle causes irreversible muscle fibrosis, which in turn provides long-lasting results.

Introduction: There are many published surgical techniques for the correction of crow’s feet deformity, but subsequent contour irregularities and early recurrence are often reported.The author presents the coagulation of orbicularis oculi muscle to treat crow’s feet that can prevent complications while simultaneously maintaining
long-term results.

Objectives: Can facial reconfiguring possible using fat

Introduction: We have traditionally used silicone or polypropylene implants for facial reshaping. Recently we have started using Synthetic fillers for the same. However, there are many indications where implants and fillers are not suitable due to their risks and complications or costs. we discuss these indications and discuss our results following fat grafting in such cases

Materials / method: Male and Female patients between the age group of 20-50 yrs were selected. Our Microfat grafting technique is described.Special steps needed in each case is described.

Results: Various indications where implants and fillers were unsuitable were selected for microfat grafting. Follow up results at 6 weeks and 1 year has shown significant improvement.

Conclusion: Microfat grafting is a useful alternative and in many indications the first choice for treating volume depleted faces.
