Introduction: Labioplasty the most often performed surgery in most country. What technique should we choose? What kind of suturing should we perform? How to menage with complications?
Most of this doubts provides good or bad outcome. It is very common that we learnt one technique and we perform it. We focus mostly on a functional effect not esthetic. At the end both aren't achieved.

Materials / method: Review of labioplasty, done properly and with complication. Review of labioplasty with bad result, without good functional and esthetic outcome. Pointing how we should do it properly and on which step we did mistakes.
