Objectives: Glabellar wrinkle, nasolabial fold, nose augmentation are common location for hyaluronic acid filler injection

Introduction: The aim of this study was to use doppler ultrasound to determine anatomical relation between wrinkles and supratrochlear, dorsal nasal and facial artery to perform safe injection

Materials / method: QTFill plus (hyaluronic acid filler) was injected at glabellar wrinkle, nasolabial fold and nose. A 2-dimensional Doppler ultrasound device (E-cube 15ex; Alpinion Co, Anyang, South Korea), offering a real-time color Doppler mode with a high-frequency (8-17 MHz) hockey-stick probe (I08-17; Alpinion), was used to identify the course and location of the supratrochlear artery, supraorbital artery, dorsal nasal artery and facial artery

Results: No adverse effect were found

Conclusion: When perform QTFill plus injection, it is safe to use doppler ultrasound before injection

Introduction: Nanofat is emulsified (liquified) and filtered fat. The fat cells have been crushed and filtered out and what remains is a liquid that contains a high concentration of stem cells.

Materials / method: The harvesting of fat is by hands.
At first we used tumescent solution for the area that has determined before.
After 20-30 minutes we harvest the fat by special cannula gage 3mm.
Then during time the fat separate from tumescent by gravity.
Finally some of the harvesting fat ,changed to nanofat by special connectors.
Now we have two types of fat that used in face injections by the cases needs

Results: During 4 years we have used both nonofat & millifat in face rejuvenation simultaneously in more than 300 cases & have achieved very wonderful results.
This method can be used instead of other methods of face rejuvenation & face filling due to less costs & natural components.
