Objectives: Minimally invasive procedures are known for relatively short time operation, short recovery time and less painful. But unfortunately, some patients cannot tolerate postoperative pain. Here we introduce painless temperature responsive hydrogel for minimally invasive procedures.
Introduction: A temperature responsive hydrogel (PF-72) developed as a sustained frug delivery device, can be mixed with ropivacaine to reduce pain when perform minimally invasive procedure
Materials / method: Here we introduce how to mix with PF72 with ropivacaine and apply to minimally invasive procedures such as filler injection, thread lifting for postoperative pain.
Results: Post operative pain can be reduced by PF 72 and also can use 10 procedures with 1 bottle of drug.
Conclusion: Pf 72 can be used to various procedures which is not containing opioid.
