Introduction: There has been a recent resurgence in cat eye lift. A new procedure MZ Cat Eye Lift is
introduced and various surgical techniques are reviewed for their applicability in MZ Cat Eye Lift process; discussing its pros and cons.

Materials / method: Source from senior author's personal experience and a narrative review of literature was also performed.

Results: To perform MZ Cat Eye Lift, combination of direct temporal brow lift +/- lateral canthoplasty, or combination of endoscopic brow lifting can be used. Surgical techniques should be tailored according to desired outcome and limited by patient's anatomy.

Conclusion: A new and more comprehensive brow lift process named ‘MZ Cat Eye lift’ is introduced. Due to its versatile features, it requires a combination of different surgical techniques that should be applied the same time.

Objectives: for lecture title "Efficacy of autologous fat grafting to forehead"

Introduction: Within the Asian women, aesthetic facial contouring procedures, particularly forehead augmentation, is growing in popularity. The majority of patients want a fuller-looking rounder forehead.
There are some alloplastic materials, such as bone cement and prosthesis, to enhance the shape and volume of the forehead. Autologous fat grafting is widely used for soft-tissue augmentation because it has less psychological effect on patients and adipose tissue is easy to harvest. Although fat grafts are widely used for aesthetic purposes, their survival rates differ significantly.

Materials / method: Targets were 20 patients who underwent autologous fat grafting for forehead between January of 2021 and January 2022. Facial proportion analysis was collected and compared from pre- and postoperative VECTRA® 3D photographs.

Results: The postoperative photographs show greater fullness and contour of the forehead.

Conclusion: Autologous fat grafting to the face is efficacious procedure for forehead contouring and augmentation. However, the extent to which fat transfer can enhance a person’s shape is limited. In order to gain the desired goal, patients will have to repeat the plastic surgery. The lack of long-term follow-up data is also the main problem.

Objectives: With an increasing demand for mastopexy surgery in patients under 50 years of age, we were seeking a safe and reliable mastopexy technique that provides long lasting results.

Introduction: Candidates wishing to regain a firm yet natural breast shape without the need for breast implants prompted us to rethink our approach. The new technique was to meet the following requirements: limited downtime, minimal risk for loss of perfusion or sensitivity in the mamilla, no need for breast implants or other foreign grafts, enduring youthful shape of the breast.

Materials / method: In the the preoperative markings, the inframammary fold height predicted the new mamilla position. Willing to accept an inverted-T scar, excess skin and if desired up to 250g of breast tissue were resected in the lower pole while creating two lateral dermis flaps. The mamilla atop a central pedicle was dissected from the surrounding skin and the two flaps were overlappingly fixated to rib periost underneath the elevated pedicle, thus prompting a subcutaneous support structure. The new mamilla position was defined, the mamilla sutured into place and all remaining wounds closed.

Results: In 47 cases since 2020 we conducted postoperative consultations 1, 2 and 6 weeks after the surgery with follow-ups 3, 6 and 12 months postoperatively. The following aspects were noted: pain, issues in wound healing or mamilla perfusion, changes in nipple sensitivity and overall patient satisfaction. No pain levels above 6/10 were noted, 5 cases of delayed wound healing not requiring additional surgery occurred as well as 4 cases of decreased nipple sensitivity for no longer than 6 months. Over 45 patients saw their expectations met, would undergo it again and would recommend it to others.

Conclusion: Our technique of a central-pedicle mastopexy with inner corium support provides steady and reproducible results in patients wanting to regain a youthful appearance of their breast without the desire for augmentation or wanting to avoid the implantation of foreign bodies. With most mastopexy patients today having the surgery while managing a busy work and leisure schedule, this technique of mastopexy demands little downtime and need for extended wound care while providing subjectively appealing results no later that six weeks after the surgery.

Objectives: 1. The diagnosis was unknown filler in breast with skin ulceration

2. The way to use the water-jet system assisted surgery for removal of unknown filler in breast with skin ulceration

3. Introduce the characteristics of breast tissue of patients after breast augmentation surgery with high volume of unknown injection, and how to use water-jet system to protect the thin epidermis while accurately flushing the subcutaneous adhesive artificial materials, so as to maximize the protection of the blood flow of breast skin, nipple and areola.

Introduction: After injection of artificial filler, due to the existence of a large number of artificial materials under the skin of the breast and subcutaneous tissue separation, and the nipple, areola and breast skin blood supply becomes very fragile, the use of scratching, simple surgical excision and other conventional methods are easy to lead to skin blood supply disorders, it is difficult to avoid the nipple, areola and thinning area skin necrosis. However, irrigation alone cannot completely remove the artificial materials injected under the skin, resulting in residual injection materials.

Materials / method: Cases of skin rupture after injection of unknown artificial material were removed by surgical excision combined with water-jet system. The impact of water can effectively remove the artificial materials scattered in the superficial layer and part of the deep layer, and protect the blood supply of breast skin, nipples and areola.

Results: Postoperative blood supply was good in bilateral nipples and areas. the incision healed in one stage, and there were no complications such as hematoma, effusion and infection. Three months after the operation, MRI review showed that the injection materials had been completely removed and no subcutaneous injection materials remained. The patient was satisfied with the therapeutic effect and had no complaints of discomfort.

Conclusion: For repeated infection after injection of breast augmentation, injection level is too shallow and other conditions should be removed as soon as possible, so as to avoid skin rupture. For the injection materials in the superficial subcutaneous layer, the water-jet system may be a good means to effectively remove the injection materials and avoid the destruction of blood supply to the skin, as well as the deep tissue without nodular wrapping.

Objectives: review of anatomy, histology and physiology of Labia minora, our technique to treat the hypertrophy of the Labia minora by performing a safe wedge labiaplasty for natural look and less complications

Introduction: Currently, cosmetic gynecology is one of the most rapidly growing aesthetic subspecialties. Between 2011 and 2012 there have been 64% increase in the number of procedures performed in the USA according to the ASPS. Many surgeons tend to perform linear resection for fear of possibility of dehiscence. Wedge resection is superior in maintaining the function and natural look and sensation

Materials / method: We discuss the points to be considered in preoperative preparation for wedge labiaplasty surgery. As well, surgical techniques used to avoid dehiscence which is a common complication in up to 28% in the literature will be demonstrated in a video presentation

Results: Explanation of surgical tips used to visualize vascular supply and using radio-surgery with subcutaneous tissue preservation under local anesthesia.

Conclusion: Using the proper surgical technique help to minimize labiaplasty complications especially dehiscence.

Objectives: Nowadays, many people care about their body shape. There's a new term " right angle shoulder" to describe a slim and straight shoulder. However, for those have fatty arms with skin loosening, brachiopexy or arm lift is the best method to achieve patient's satisfaction. But it costs a long scar.
Combination of liposuction with ultrasonic device and Helium Plasma skin regeneration can be another option to satisfy the patient with minimal scars.

Objectives: The speech aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information about lower face sculpting techniques, including how to perform precise preoperative assessment, how to choose the suitable surgical method ,and how to combine those surgical method to achieve satisfied result

Introduction: The lower face is an area that can show signs of aging, such as sagging jowls, wrinkles, and volume loss. Lower face sculpting involves reshaping the lower half of the face to enhance facial harmony and balance.

Materials / method: From 2018~2022, we combined several surgical method, including selective Buccal fat removal, ultrasound assisted liposuction, autologous fat graft and energy base device to achieve lower face and neck contour harmony with minimal skin wound ( within 2-3mm)

Results: All age group of patients were satisfied with the surgical result,
Good Lower face and neck contouring with short down time can be achieved with selective chosen method according precise pre-operative evaulation

Conclusion: lower face sculpting via minimal scar surgical method can provide natural-looking results and improve a person's overall appearance. This speech will discuss the different types of lower face sculpting procedures, their benefits and risks, and how to combined those method to achieve satisfied results

Objectives: To investgate the upper eyelid depression's anatomy formation and its causes, treatment

Introduction: Upper lid depression is very common on east asian's aging population and with double eyelid plasty or blepharoplasty surgeries popular in China , the iatrogenic upper eyelid depression can be seen post-operation as complications. To know the anatomy of upper eyeid depression is very important and can guide the treatment properly.

Materials / method: Set group A with 10 aging people 65y in average , group B with 10 adults who had iatrogenic upper eyelid depression 25y in average

Results: The anatomy formation of aging group A have orbital septum fat compartments and ROOF hypoplasia , the orbicularis flap and septum fat and ROOF augmentation with septum palpebralis adhesion release and upper lid resection have good results .
The anatomy formation of adults group B have surgical defect of orbital septum fat compartment and ROOF, the adhesion between septum fat and palpebralis also common in these cases and the reconstruction of orbital fat compartments and ROOF can have good results

Conclusion: The orbital septum fat compartment and ROOF augmentation are important to treat the upper lid depression in aging population and surgical defect after blepharoplasty.

Objectives: This study aims to present our experience with complications after PAAG filler breast and buttock augmentation.

Introduction: Polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAAG) filler was initially developed as a soft tissue filler for facial volumizing in 2005. However, its use has expanded to include large volume augmentation procedures such as breast and buttock. Despite its increasing popularity, there are limited reports on its potential complications.

Materials / method: We analyzed data from 33 patients treated for filler-related complications in the breast or buttock at our institute from January 2018 to December 2021. We reported presenting symptoms, diagnosis, and follow-up after treatment.

Results: The most common complications were induration and masses, followed by pain, firmness, asymmetry, migration, mastitis, dimpling, and fever. Severe conditions, including sepsis and atypical ductal hyperplasia, were also reported. After treatment, there was no recurrence of infection, and the patient satisfaction level based on the visual analogue scale was 8.1.

Conclusion: PAAG filler is an easily injectable product with long-term clinical effects, but complications can occur. There are concerns regarding its toxicity and influence on the surrounding tissues. Further research studies on PAAG filler and evidence regarding its long-term safety are needed.
