Hyal-tox-innovative strategy for enlarged pores

Objectives: 1. To understand the real practice of enlarged pore treatments with botulinum toxin and HA filler.
2. Understanding the Hyal – Tox injection techniques for enlarged pore on cheek.

Introduction: I would like to introduce the etiology and treatment methods of enlarged pores.
And I would like to share about the treatment of enlarged pores on cheek through the Hyal-Tox injection technique, a new combination treatment of botulinum toxin and HA filler.

Materials / method: NABOTA, a botulinum toxin, and Giselleligne, an HA filler, were mixed and used to treat enlarged pores on cheek.

Results: The Hyal - Tox injection technique can effectively treats enlarged pores on cheek while suppressing excessive sebum excretion and decreasing the dermal matrix density surround pores.

Conclusion: 1. 1064nm pico fractional laser with HT injection is better than only HT
2. Higher dosage of botulinum toxin is better. Optimal dosage of botulinum toxin is 10-15 unit per each area
3. Cross linked filler(ex. GeselleLigne) makes better result than non-cross linked filler

Practical knowledge of facial contouring treatment on V-zone using botulinum toxin and HA filler

Objectives: 1. Understanding of the ideal facial contouring concept for Asian women

2. The use of facial V-zone or Diamond-zone filler injection technique

3. Tips for combining with Botulinum toxin injection for improving facial contouring outcomes.

Introduction: I would like to introduce the V-zone contouring technique using HA filler and Botulinum toxin, which is a way to achieve an effective and natural facial contouring result, especially for Asian women. I will also share how to select suitable patients and choose the appropriate filler product considering its rheological properties for the V-zone injection technique.

Materials / method: HA filler and Botulinum toxin used for this treatment are Giselleligne and Nabota, respectively. Both products are manufactured from DAEWOONG company and are currently used in many countries around the world.

Results: V-zone or Diamond-zone injection technique can provide better and natural results of the facial contouring for Asian women, using HA filler and Botulinum toxin in combination.

Conclusion: When contouring the face non-surgically, it is advisable to use an HA filler that has a powerful lifting capacity and high cohesiveness with proven safety in order to achieve outstanding outcomes.
