Objectives: To understand the real practice of intradermal microdroplet injection with Xeomin on full face.

Introduction: This video includes two patients, the one is younger patient and the other is over-middle aged woman.

Materials / method: I will include lateral cheeks, mandibular border, anterior medial cheeks, MAO, mentalis points with conventional periocular muscle relaxation.

Results: I used 97U on full face in one treatment session.

Conclusion: According to patient’s age, skin condition and their main concerning points, we can control the injection sites and respective amount
