Objectives: Complex methods of treating age-related skin changes as an alternative to plastic surgery.
Determining the sequence of application of hardware techniques, biorevitalization, micron needle RF and CO2 laser, fillers and botulinum toxin in the correction of age-related skin changes.

Introduction: The patient has a choice: plastic surgery or alternative methods for the correction of age-related changes.
Our goal is to show the real possibilities of non-surgical treatment.

Materials / method: Combined use of high-frequency ultrasound, biorevitalization, needle RF and CO2 laser, fillers and botulinum toxin

Results: Video and photo demostration of phased patient skin changes

Conclusion: The integrated use of therapeutic methods is justified as an alternative to surgical problem solving.

Objectives: Discuss the possibilities of surgical neck rejuvenation for patients with early age deformation after 40 - 45 years.

Introduction: Usually, patients after 40 -42 begin to notice first age-related changes. To solve this problem, we usually send them to cosmetologists. But a small percentage of patients wants only surgical correction. Our goal is to perform this operation by less traumatic, but most effective way.

Materials / method: Using the example of a 43-year-old patient with initial age-related changes, we consider in detail the neck-rejuvenation and the rehabilitation period.

Results: The result of the anti-aging operation after 1 and 2 years is stable. The patient are satisfied.

Conclusion: During performing face rejuvenation for patients with early age very important to use less traumatic technique with highest efficiency.
