Objectives: Abstract Submission. Anatomic Targets and Options in facial rejuvenation-New Surgical and Non Surgical approaches.
The field of facial rejuvenation continues to evolve with new nonsurgical and surgical options increasingly available. Thanks to social media patients are also aware and desire to avail themselves of these latest advances.
This paper discusses a system of facial evaluation focusing on the most common anatomical targets of aging to assist physicians in providing options to their patients based on their goals and limitations.

Introduction: Surgical facelift remains the most powerful tool for dramatic facial rejuvenation. However, many patients today do not want what they consider a “traditional facelift” equating them with the overdone look of some older style procedures .The importance of thoughtful, pre operative evaluation of the key anatomic areas of facial aging and offering less aggressive surgical approaches combined with effective non surgical treatments should be always be considered.

Materials / method: This report studies how the changing attitudes toward desired facial rejuvenation outcomes on the part of patients and surgeons can often be best approached by considering and often combining evolving surgical and nonsurgical techniques.

Results: A basic system of analysing the most common anatomic targets of the aging face is described. Newly evolved surgical and non surgical options available to address these target areas are emphasized. Techniques, complications and patient satisfaction are reviewed.

Conclusion: . Modern day facial rejuvenation must include both non surgical and surgical approaches. Evolving non surgical treatments are often the first line of treatment for patients with early aging changes and are often equally essential in maintaining long term results following surgery. Newly evolving surgical treatments designed to address patient priorities of naturalness, safety, and rapid recovery are increasingly effective in meeting the desires and expectations of contemporary patients. Simultaneously combining these approaches to achieve patients goals provides additional options.

Objectives: To study the role of combination therapies like EBD's and Injectables for best aesthetic outcomes for diverse cosmetic concerns which patients present with.

Introduction: In an aesthetic practice patients come with multiple concerns.Facial rejuvenation is the answer to most of their concerns.The concerns are multiple so we have to combine different modalities to give gratifying results.On the basis of patient needs and expectation we formulate a plan.For facial rejuvenation best combination is using energy based devices like Monopolar RF,Bipolar microneedling RF and Microfocussed ultrasound with neuro modulators and fillers.The Combination helps to correct,enhance and restore skin quality and facial features.
