Objectives: To recognize that male patients are part of a growing market in aesthetics
To recognize that the lower face needs special attention in order to create balance and masculinized facial features
To learn the Sexy Jaw Technique using hyaluronic acid fillers

Introduction: The male market has grown considerably in recent times. Much focus is given to the lower face in order to create a more masculinized facial feature and create definition of the jawline. While it maybe easy to do, careful attention must be given in treating the male jawline in order to avoid unbalanced, unnatural or overfilled look. This lecture demonstrates my own technique using hyaluronic acid fillers for jawline rejuvenation, which I call the Sexy Jaw Technique.

Materials / method: The concepts of male facial beauty standards, aesthetic goals, as well as challenges in achieving goals shall be presented. Short video clips of the technique will be demonstrated with subsequent before and after photos of patients with different facial morphologies.

Results: Perfecting the male jawline involves using the right kind of filler, with the right amounts, injected at the appropriate layer using specific techniques. Mastery of anatomy is important. Stiff volumizers may be injected deep into the bone, by the angle of the mandible, to create projection and achieve the desired bigonial width. Dynamic but projecting fillers may also be used superficially using a cannula to create shape and definition along the jawline. Either deep, superficial injections or a combination of both may be applied depending on the shape of the face and goals of the patients.

Conclusion: Male jaw enhancement has gained popularity in recent times. Creating a balanced, natural and masculinized look is of utmost importance. Proper knowledge of anatomy and having the right kind of hyaluronic acid fillers are keys in achieving this. The Sexy Jaw technique involves injecting the right kind of filler into the right layer of the jawline to achieve projection and/or definition.

Objectives: The experience showed that dealing with male patients is always difficult due to the less information about real male beauty standards and because of different anatomical features which needs totally different approach to avoid feminization.
Combined results such as threads and fillers showed that among mini invasive treatments this results are more natural, but there are differences and some tricks and recommendations during performing procedure.
This details mostly play a main role when choosing and performing treatment.

Introduction: Last period male patients are getting more active in Aesthetic field and they try to visit Aesthetic procedures often than usual. Aesthetic industry is learning now in this period how to deal with various male type avoiding feminization and unnatural results, but receiving satisfying results, easy and safe.
Workers of this field is very often lost in lots of procedures, that is why this presentation will guide through some experiences how to deal with male beautification using threads combining with Fillers.

Materials / method: in male patients threads with PLLA/PCL/HA and HA dermal fillers where used in different male ages.

Results: The results shown during the presentation shows natural, masculine results with 0 femininization of the male faces with short downtime.

Conclusion: This methods of combination can give us perfect results, based on safety, materials and considering gender differences.

Objectives: Identify effective minimally-invasive treatment options for contouring the submental and abdominal regions.
Participants will learn various strategies and emerging technologies to treat excess adiposity, reduce skin laxity, tighten tissues, and enhance muscle tone.

Introduction: The demand for minimally invasive body contouring treatments is on the rise among the male population.

Materials / method: Emerging technologies to treat excess adiposity, reduce skin laxity, tighten tissues, and enhance muscle tone are reviewed. Strategies for treating the submental and abdominal areas are emphasized.

Results: There are many treatment options for treating submental fullness, tightening laxity of the neck, and augmenting the chin/jawline region to enhance masculine traits.
Similarly, many new technologies have emerged to reduce abdominal adiposity, tighten the skin, and improve muscle tone which are primary concerns for men seeking body contouring treatments.

Conclusion: Various minimally-invasive energy-based devices have emerged to contour the submental region and abdomen with little to no downtime. We are seeing an increasing demand among male patients for these treatments, and are learning more how these devices can be effectively combined to highlight masculine traits.

Introduction: At the Era of social medias and the cult of the « perfect » body, surgeons have to deal with the changing of patient’s expectations due to the possibility for them to connect to the results of any surgeon on the world.
Patients are instantly informed of the last evolutions in cosmetic surgery , sometimes before the surgeons themselves.

Materials / method: We review our male patients who undergo Liposculpture of the back , chest and Abdomen.
We explain why we split the procedure in two sessions know and what is the impact in our everyday practice.

Results: After splitting our procedures in two session we noticed a dramatic increase of our patients' satisfaction.
The possibility to increase some muscular group a second time dramatically changed our results.
The first session is really short and the recovery really fast, this give reassurance to the patient for the second surgery.
It is also much less exhausting for the surgeon.

Conclusion: Male Liposculpture is a growing tendancy in France and Europe, the number of male procedures in our practice doubled in two years.
Male anatomy should be deeply understood by the surgeon who wish to accomplish high quality results.
The respect of the proportion of the body and the shadow work are crucial to achieve properly this surgery.
