Objectives: long hair transplant with FUT is future. we preserve donor area for future uses without reducing density of donor area

Introduction: LHT is most difficult of hair transplant techniques, and we have great expertise . LHT allows preservation of donor area, while allowing return to activity within a few days

Results: LHT satisfaction rates are very high

Conclusion: LHT is The way to continue hair transplant. a revolution will be to combine Long hair FUE and FUT technique

Objectives: Botulinum Toxin: The alternative option to finasteride with science behind for Androgenic Alopecia

Introduction: Finasteride for many years has been the gold standards prescribed medication for androgenic alopecia.
However more and more warnings are given regarding this medication due to Side Effects

Materials / method: How the Botulinum Toxin action is identical than Finasteride towards 5& Reductase

Results: Inhibition of 5&Reductase and DHT changed into estradiol

Conclusion: Combined treatment is far more effective than Finasteride without side effects and double action on the factors responsible for Androgenic Alopecia
