Objectives: The aim of this video is to present the use of the carbon peel laser in the treatment of a patient with enlarged skin pores.

Introduction: The interest in procedures to improve skin quality with short downtime is more and more required. Among various procedures, recently topical carbon suspension combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser treatment (carbon peel laser technique or Hollywood peel) has gained popularity.
