Objectives: The objective of this presentation is to show the safety and efficacy of the combination of two wavelengths of laser light using extra-long pulses in non-invasive body contouring.

Introduction: Although there are many technologies that propose similar therapeutic options, this new modality gives us the possibility of being able to carry out an exclusively selective action (adipose tissue / connective tissue), achieving additional benefits to everything known and without consumables for our professional practice.

Materials / method: 15 patients were recruited for this study. They received 4 laser sessions of a dual technology. 15 days apart. Biopsies were performed for immunohistochemistry study to count fibroblasts positive for procollagen type 1.

Results: All the participants were satisfied with the results in accordance with the before and after photos. The fibroblast count showed a significant increase in the number of fibroblasts for procollagen type 1.
No adverse events were registered.

Conclusion: This is a safe and effective a non invasive laser protocol without consumables to deal with this aesthetic problem.
