Objectives: Present a regenerative medicine technique in genital reconstruction and urinary incontinence

Introduction: Pelvic organ prolapse is a serious health problem and is accompanied in more than 50% by urinary incontinence. Currently, one of the surgical treatments is applying a synthetic polypropylene mesh which can cause various complications such as pain, vaginal erosion, urinary infections, damage to the bladder, among others.
Minimally invasive and lower risk procedures are increasingly sought. The use of fibrin membranes is an option in the management of prolapse, since it is rich in growth factors, producing stronger tissue due to fibrosis, and new collagen produced by EGF , IGF-1 , TGF

Materials / method: Descriptive, longitudinal study, observations from May 2020 to July 2024 in patients with pelvic organ prolapses that warranted surgical management.
Routine colpoplasty is performed to apply 3-4 fibrin membranes to the anterior surface of the vagina and suture them with 3-0 vicryl. and closure of the vaginal mucosa with 2-0 vicril.
A validated ICIQ-SF questionnaire was carried out before and after surgery to evaluate urinary incontinence.

Results: 24 patients have surgery, all of which were accompanied by urinary incontinence in addition to their prolapse.
Average age: 56.6 years
1-Frequency of urine loss in the preparatory period: 4 points
Postoperative low to 0.28
2-Amount of urine lost before surgery: Score 4.67 Postoperative: 0.66
3-Degree of impact on daily life. Points 9.52 Postoperative:0.85
Satisfaction: 95%
3-year follow-up without prolapse recurrence

Conclusion: The use of fibrin membranes is another way to treat prolapse with similar tissue in addition to the tensor facia lata, and abdominal epidermal tissue,
The results presented are promising

Objectives: To describe the different nonsurgical EBD treatments as well as biologic (PRP) treatments for vaginal rejuvenation. Also to describe when surgical labiaplasty, external vaginoplasty and clitoropexy is indicated over nonsurgical treatments. To explain the risk, benefits and aesthetic vs functional improvment that can be expected with each type of treatment and when they are indicated. Combination treatments are also discussed in reference to the synergy between them and benefits of each.

Introduction: Sexual wellness, hormones, peptides, and improvement of the cosmetic appearance of the genitals are large parts of the author's aesthetic practice. The author has a large plastic surgery practice with multiple associated medical spas in Austin, Texas. Within the practice, one of the most popular treatments for women is labiaplasty with adjuvant treatments.

Materials / method: Labiaplasty, perineoplasty and vaginoplasty are often combined with other associated procedures can be combined with this such as the addition of platelet-righ plasma (PRP) and device technology that can improve appearance and sexual function. Female injectables to the genitals are also a large part of the practice and will also be discussed.

Results: Within the female sexual wellness arena, the author will present various methods of female enhancement such as "The O-shot" (PRP for the labia and periclitoral/ periurethral area), and various other injectables for the labial area such as hyaluronic acid, Sculptra, hyperdilute Radiesse, and autologous fat transfer (often can be done with radiofrequency microneedling, or noninvasive vaginal laser for tightening and atrophy).

Conclusion: Surgical labiaplasty can be peformed with a wide variety of coadjuvant treatments. If surgical treatment is not indicated, then energy-based device technology can be used to enhance sexual satisfaction, tightening internally, SUI, and lubrication. The author shows the gamut of sexual wellness noninvasive treatments offered as well as straightforward and complicated revisional cases of labiaplasty and vaginoplasty.

Objectives: Scrotal lifts have been little studied, as evidenced by the scarcity of scientific publications, so the growing demand has left the field wide open to numerous advertisements on the Internet.

Introduction: Unlike most organs, the “ideal model” of the scrotum has never been described.
Many techniques published seem inappropriate as they are not based on a morphological foundation.

Materials / method: This paper is therefore a real plea for a 3D-analysis of the scrotum, based on careful examination of the patient's scrotum.

Results: We describe then the procedures applicable to each deformity so the scrotal lifting should be considered as a breast lifting.
The location of the incisions must be chosen to create hidden scars. This surgery must be performed with an artificial erection through per-operative intra-cavernous injection of Prostaglandin E1.
The association of the techniques is often mandatory so that highly modular design enables a very satisfactory correction in most cases.

Conclusion: Our new concepts will help to the optimal surgical management in scrotal lifting in order to improve the quality of sexual life and self-esteem.

Objectives: Bringing functional and aesthetic improvement by lipofilling and its combination with surgical treatments for female intimate surgery

Introduction: Vulvovaginal pathologies are common but often overlooked. Changes in fashion, increased participation in sports, and the rise of a fully shaved vulva have led to a demand for vulva and labial enhancements. Many patients are young women, or those post-pregnancy or menopause, concerned with changes in the shape, texture, or pigmentation of their genitalia. Common complaints include asymmetry, excess volume, ptosis, dryness, painful scars, and loss of sensation. Addressing both aesthetic and functional issues is essential for satisfactory outcomes.

Materials / method: Several techniques enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the labia and vulvovaginal region. Excessive labia minora volume, labia majora atrophy, and abnormal shapes are treated with longitudinal resections and V or W plasties. The inverted VY plasty technique is effective for labia minora ptosis. Vaginal tightening through posterior colpomyorrhaphy combined with lipofilling improves vaginal tone. Injections of hyaluronic acid or fat transfer treat atrophy, dryness, and restore fullness.

Results: All patients demonstrated aesthetic and psychological improvement following surgery. Notably, the procedures led to enhanced sexual satisfaction and self-esteem. No painful postoperative scars were observed; in fact, there was a marked improvement in episiotomy-related pain, especially when lipofilling was combined with the use of thin absorbable sutures for vulva and labial reshaping.
Dissatisfaction among patients was rare and primarily arose from unrealistic expectations regarding labia minora reduction or misconceptions about the ideal vulvar appearance.

Conclusion: The shape and volume of the labia minora are psychologically significant, particularly for young women who suffer from asymmetry or volume excess. As women age, especially after multiple pregnancies, many seek vulvovaginal enhancement. A combination of genital lipofilling, labia reshaping, and vaginoplasty can provide significant aesthetic and functional benefits, improving not only physical appearance but also psychological well-being.
