Objectives: In recent years, there has been a noticeable shift in societal perceptions of male beauty and wellness. Male aesthetic trends have evolved significantly, with an increasing emphasis on self-care, anti age , appearance and sexual life. This presentation explores the influences driving male aesthetic trends, their evolution over time, and the impact they have on individuals and society as a whole.

Introduction: This paradigm shift has led to an increase in the demand for aesthetic medical treatments, ranging from minimally invasive procedures to more complex interventions. The importance of looking and feeling good is intertwined with a rewarding and healthy sex life, which has pushed men of all ages, from 20 to 75+ years old, to explore new personal care options. In this presentation, I will address the impact of the aesthetic trends on male health and well-being, as well as the emergence of "male intimate wellness" as a fundamental aspect of this transformation.

Materials / method: This is where aesthetic medical treatments play a crucial role. Procedures such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on the penis, intimate fillers (HA) and collagen biostimulators (PLLA) are designed not only to improve physical appearance, but also to increase sexual functionality. Indeed, the use of boTox has gone beyond its traditional application on the face and has expanded to intimate areas, such as the penis and anus.

Results: "Male intimate wellness" has emerged as a new form of male care that goes beyond traditional beauty standards. This comprehensive approach considers men's physical, emotional and sexual health, promoting a lifestyle that celebrates vulnerability and self-acceptance. Aesthetic treatments, in this context, are tools that allow men to explore and express their masculinity in a more complete and healthy way.

Conclusion: From the age of 20 to 75+, men are increasingly interested in looking and feeling good, recognising that this has a direct impact on their sex life and overall wellbeing. The emergence of “male intimate wellness” as a new paradigm in men’s grooming underlines the importance of approaching aesthetics not just as a superficial end, but as a means to achieving a fuller and more satisfying life. As we continue to move towards a more inclusive and open society, it is essential to continue fostering dialogue about male health and wellbeing, allowing each man to find his own path to a better life.
