Sergio Noviello, M.D., is an internationally known surgeon, innovative leader and educator in Cosmetic Surgery. He is Director and Chief Executive of the Department of Cosmetic Surgery at Milano Estetica Center, located in downtown Milan (Italy) in the heart of the Fashion District. Founding President of the Italian Society of Cosmetic Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Noviello is Board Certified by the International Division of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and Board Certified by the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. 

Dr. Noviello received his medical degree from Milan University College of Medicine. After general surgery and thoracic surgery residencies at The Major Hospital and San Raffaele Medical Center, he did further training in aesthetic plastic surgery at Milan University in Italy and Bordeaux University in France where He completed a Master in Aesthetic Surgery. He attended the Post Graduate School of the Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine, with intensive medical training in General Cosmetic Medicine, and He did further training in Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery and Ophthalmology at Milan University in Italy where He completed his residency in Microsurgery and Experimental Surgery. After four years as medical doctor of the Surgical Emergency Unit of Medicasa (Milan  - Italy) He joined the Department of Cosmetic Surgery of Lunimedica Surgery Center in Milan and La Spezia, in 2003. 

Dr. Noviello is a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Division of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (IDofABCS), of the Board of the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (WAOCS), of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS), and of the Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine (AMIEST). In his career He has performed more than 7500 surgical procedures as Primary Surgeon.
