The Italian Society of Dermatology (abbreviated as SIDeMaST) was founded in 1885 under the name of Italian Society of Dermatology and Syphilography. SIDeMaST has currently about 2.300 Members and aims to promote the study and progress of all the disciplines inherent in dermatology and sexually transmitted diseases, the professional training and continuing education of its members, the development of guidelines, and the promotion of clinical trials and scientific research.
