Wendy Lewis founded Wendy Lewis & Co Ltd Global Aesthetics Consultancy in 1997, a marketing communications and social media boutique in New York City working with medical device companies, pharmaceutical firms, skin care brands, biotech, as well as physicians and medical spas. The author of 13 books including America’s Cosmetic Doctors & Dentists (Castle Connolly Medical) and Aesthetic Clinic Marketing in the Digital Age (CRC Press) in 2018. In 2008, she founded Beautyinthebag.com and serves as Editor in Chief. In 2017 she was the Winner of Best Beauty Trade Journalist 13th Annual Johnson & Johnson Ltd Awards. A prolific writer for consumer publications and trade journals, she serves on the Editorial Board of Prime International Anti-Ageing Journal, and is a contributor to  Healthnewsdigest.com, Modern Aesthetics, Aesthetic Society News, Practical Dermatology, Body Language, Medesthetics, Aesthetics Journal, Aesthetic Medical Practitioner, and many other publications internationally. Wendy received a B.A. cum laude from Barnard College, Columbia University and attended Cornell University, University of London and Fordham University Graduate School of Business. In 2018, Wendy Lewis & Co Ltd was chosen as the ‘Best in Health & Wellness Marketing’ from GHP Health and Pharmaceutical Awards.
