Objectives: Demonstrate the efficacy of the activation of the hyaluronidase protocol when arterial obstruction due to hyaluronic acid is suspected.

Introduction: The biggest fear of injectors is arterial ostruction by hyaluronic acid.
This presentation has the purpose of bringing clarity and precision in the action to follow, step by step at the precise moment that the arterial obstruction occurs, in order not to reach irreversible complications.

Materials / method: We use an immediate diagnostic triad.
For the activation of the protocol we use hyaluronidase of 1500 units and adjuvants.

Results: This protocol was developed and practiced directly by us on our patients on 9 occasions and indirectly by other colleagues on 87 times, obtaining 100% efficacy without reaching severe complications such as necrosis or blindness.

Conclusion: Due to the rapid activation of the protocol and, therefore, by not reaching severe and reversible complications, it provides a double benefit: the continuity of patients in the applications of aesthetic injectables and the tranquility and not fear of the injection community.
