Objectives: Melanoma, SCC, BCC and rosacea should not be missed or taken mistakenly by similar presentation of sun damage lesions in initial assessment and consultation. psychological assessment of client is paramount in treating the sun damage facial skin as well as exclusion of the above skin lesion in order to achieve a better result and outcome with patient compliance.

Introduction: An accumulation of an elastotic material is a major histological characteristic of sun‐damaged skin. This elastotic material consists primarily of elastin fibers. Histological studies show loss of collagen in the dermis of chronically sun‐damaged skin. There is a significant correlation between decreases in length, width and total area of oxytalan fibers and severity of wrinkles

Materials / method: Peter, a 62 years old Caucasian man,presented with extensive sun damaged skin. On assessment his DLQI score was determined as 24. He was embarrassed of Lichenificationof facial skin appearance. His facial skin was covered in deep wrinkles and uneven brown patches.He was diagnosed with severely sun damaged skin, AK, possible Rosacea and depression. He underwent a psychodermatological management concurrently with dermatology treatment.
His dermatological treatment combined both: oral medications and cosmetic interventions. He was prescribed a Lymecycline 408mg OD followed by Metronidazole.

Results: His depression resolved within 4 months’ with taking Prozac 20mg OD and CBT therapy sessions. Peter regained his confidence with smother and more even facial skin as opposed at the beginning of his treatment with his combination facial skin rejuvenation therapy of ; a Lymecycline 408mg OD followed by Metronidazole,3 sessions of TCA-chemical peel , microneedling and one session PRP(Platelet Rich Plasma).

Conclusion: A holistic approach is necessary when multi- skin damage is presented with consideration of the effect of skin disorders and mental state. The DLQI was designed to be simple and easy to use in a busy clinical setting: wide experience of its use has confirmed the appropriateness of this concept. combination facial skin rejuvenation therapy as above in severely skin damage provide a better result in comparison to mono-therapy. physician should consider and provide such a combination therapy in sever sun damage cases.

Objectives: The aim of this studi to prove the angiogenic agent such as Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)-A, Interleukin (il)-6 and Mast cell had role to promote aggresivieness of BCC.
Knowing the increased expression of angiogenic agents will be able to provide optimal treatment options for BCC patients, thereby increasing the quality of life of patients.

Introduction: Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) is a non-melanoma skin cancer originating from the basal layer of the epidermis and non keratinized cell. BCC is locally invasive, aggressive and destructive, but very rarely do metastase. Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is a very common malignant skin tumor that rarely metastasizes, even though is often locally aggressive. Several factors, like a large size (more than 3 cm), face localization, exposure to ultraviolet rays, histological variants, infiltration level and perineural or perivascular invasion, are associated with a more aggressive clinical course.

Materials / method: Archived specimens from 19 cases diagnosed with primary BCC were collected from July 2018 to October 2018 at the Dr. Moewardi Public Hospital in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. Clinical findings such as age, gender and tumor localization were obtained from medical records. Histopathological types of BCC were determined and histopathological classification of the lesions was performed according to the criteria proposed by Dixon and Jacobs et al. The specimens was examined by immunohistochemistry on VEGF-A, Il-6 expression and Mast cell spesific histological staining.

Results: In A BCC there was a 14-fold VEGF-A expression compared to NA BCC on +3 scoring. Based on the VEGF-A expression, the results were significant with the aggressiveness of BCC (p <0.05) so that there were differences in VEGF-A expression in A BCC and NA BCC. Mast cell expression in all BCC subtypes with varying values. The highest number of mast cells is found in micronodular BCC subtypes. Il-6 expression was found to be positive in 15 samples (78.96%) of overall BCC, there was a significant relationship between Il-6 expression and BCC subtype.(p <0.05).

Conclusion: An increase in angiogenic agent can be a sign of BCC in the nature of aggressiveness so that it becomes a consideration in the management of BCC, thereby reducing the risk of recurrence, invasive and destructive properties in the surrounding tissue so as to improve the patient's quality of life. The importance of find out angiogenic agent expressions such as VEGF-A, mast cells and IL-6 before administering BCC.

Objectives: Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disease with obscure etiology, skin and lymph nodes being the most common involved organs, trial of long pulsed NDYAG laser was done in a patient to improve redness and telangectasia , 2 sessions were done spaced 2 weeks apart, results with before and after will be illustrated,NDYAG can be added as treatment option with other treatments especially with angiolupoid sarcoidosis

Introduction: Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disease with obscure etiology, skin and lymph nodes being the most common involved organs, trial of long pulsed NDYAG laser was done in a patient to improve redness and telangectasia

Materials / method: 2 sessions were done spaced 2 weeks apart on one patient

Results: Marked improvement of telangectasia and erythema

Conclusion: NdYAG can be added as treatment option with other treatments especially with angiolupoid sarcoidosis
