Objectives: Look at the evolution of non-invasive body contouring in men.
Introduction: Non-invasive body contouring in men has evolved from cryolipolyisis and radiofrequency to high intensity electromagnetic wave (HIFEM) therapy to current day combined radiofrequency/HIFEM technology.
Materials / method: This presentation will review the history of non-invasive body contouring with a focus on combined radiofrequency/HIFEM technology.
Results: Multiple studies looking at clinical changes, MRI and ultrasound evaluation, as well as histologic studies using combined radiofrequency/HIFEM technology will be presented
Conclusion: Combined radiofrequency/HIFEM treatment offers a new exciting approach to the treatment of non-invasive body contouring in me.
