Objectives: My topic is. "9-Point injection technique for lip-filler with lip-corner lifting"
I invented "9-point injection method (9-PIT)" to make balanced beautiful lip shape.

Introduction: What is the aging sign of the lip?
It is deflation or drooping.
How to make lip look young?
You can inject HA-filler on lip.
But, Simple volumizing is out-of fashion.
We want a more beautiful curvature and lifting of lip-corner.

Materials / method: Entry point-1&2 was placed 1-inch (needle length) from apex of Cupid bow.
I inject along the Vermilion border with linear thread manner using pinch technique. I Inject more on the apex.To prevent spreading, particle type will be better than mono-phasic HA.

Injection on Point-3 is to enhance the Central Tubercle on upper lip.
I use linear thread injection using pinch technique.

Through injection on Point 4-5, new lateral tubercles are created.

Entry point-6&7 is placed on imaginary vertical line of the apex of Cupid’ bow.

For Point 8,9 I inject along vermilion boerder to support corner.

Results: Lip became a balanced beautiful natural shape.

Conclusion: Only using filler, Lip-corner can be lifted.
To make a sharp edge on upper vermillion border, particle type-HA showed less spreading and better results.
Small particle-HA makes less swollen and less bruising than mono-phasic HA.
Using 9-PIT, you can make lip more emphasized , attractive S-line.
9-PIT by the author showed constant, easy, reproducibility to make a balanced beautiful lip, and to lift lip-corner.
