Objectives: Describe the fundamentals of radiofrequency (RF) microneedling technology.
Discuss methods of adding this modality to an aesthetic practice including patient selection, techniques, pitfalls and combination therapy.

Introduction: Radiofrequency microneedling has continued to be a popular aesthetic treatment and has multiple uses including rejuvenation, scar treatment, treatment of pigment alteration and assisted topical delivery.

Materials / method: The scientific basis of RF microneedling technology will be reviewed while focusing on best practices for integrating this technology into patient care.

Results: RF microneedling is an effective technique and can be combined with other treatments in the aesthetic practice to achieve desired outcomes.

Conclusion: Aesthetic clinicians should feel comfortable with the technology of RF microneedling and be able to formulate a plan to incorporate it into their practices.

Objectives: The lecture elaborates on the concept of hybrid lasers and effectiveness and safety of an automated Hybrid platform incorporating a CO2 10,600nm and a 1,570nm laser for the treatment of Scars and for Rejuvenation.

Introduction: The continuous quest to provide a favourable balance between the safety and performance of ablative and non-ablative skin rejuvenation techniques and the potential synergistic effects of ablative and non-ablative combination procedures has brought professionals to develop a number of newly marketed ablative-nonablative hybrid devices that allow for controlled and partially automated customization of resurfacing settings, supported by built-in diagnostic technologies.

Conclusion: The hybrid sysytems offers a balance between the treatment outcomes, downtime and complication rates. Increased cumulative data and experience with such
hybrid platforms, will facilitate the generation of protocols for customizing treatment regimens.
