Objectives: To present 3 patients with complications and how they were successfully managed.

Introduction: 3 cases of surgical complications are presented and their treatments discussed.

Materials / method: 3 patients suffering surgical complications are presented. One, had a breast implant infection, a second developed a supratip deformity following rhinoplasty and a third, developed flap ischemia after a routine deep plane facelift.

Results: The treatment and time course until resolution will be presented for each of these 3 cases.

Conclusion: Complications occur with every procedure. Successful management of the patient is one of the most stressful aspects of our job as surgeons, dermalogists and aesthetic practicioners.
