The answer is often hidden in your content, and a question of whether you’re giving your clients the information they need about you, in order to want to book your treatments. In this talk, I’ll go over what kind of expectations your clients might have when visiting your site and what they’re looking to find in your content, with tips ranging from leveraging your reviews to plugging in your social feeds and making the most of your FAQs.
