Objectives: Review the most common inflammatory complications after injection of cosmetic fillers

Introduction: Complications may happen after the injection of cosmetic fillers, and the operators and patients should be aware of this.
Ultrasound can support the early detection of inflammatory complications after cosmetic fillers injections

Materials / method: A review of the most common inflammatory complications after the injection of cosmetic fillers will be performed.

Results: Clinical and ultrasonographic images will include edema, granulomatous reactions, and panniculitis, among others.

Conclusion: Ultrasound can support the early detection and management of complications after injection of cosmetic fillers
